Based on emotions


EMOTIONS: Emotions which are natural are not acquired which are love.joy,anger and fear.Children have all the emotions from birth.Psychologists state that children have no specific fear by birth.The only fear is loud noises,loss of support.

CHARACTERS OF EMOTIONS:

Emotion maintains the optimum balance as organism.Joy,anger,fear in infancy become individualistic later among them.Pleasant emotions are discriminated soon after birth.

COMMON EMOTIONS OF CHILDHOOD:

1. ANGER:The most common cause of anger in childhood is conflict in play.Children express their anger through crying,screaming,jumping up and down.

2. FEAR:Irritation and memories of unpleasant experiences arouses fear.The first response of the child to fear in panic later it becomes scientific like running away,hiding,crying.

3. JEALOUS :Children become jealous when they think about parents interest and attention shifted to some one else.in the family.,usually a new sibling.

4.CURIOSITY :Children are curious about any new thing they dresses,toys food and all things  those of others. 

5.ENVY:Children become envious of the activities or material possession of another child.

6.JOY:Children express their joy as a result of well being in the society,by smiling,laughing,clapping their  hands and jumping up and down.

7.GRIEF:Children express grief by loss of something they love.

8.AFFECTION :Children learn to love family,toys,friends,pets they see daily.They express affection verbally they grow older.But when they are small they express by hugging and kissing.

OBJECTIVES ACQUIRED FROM EMOTIONAL GUIDANCES:

   1.CONFIDENCE.
   2.SELF RELIANCE.
   3.SOCIABILITY.
   4.AESTHETIC APPRECIATION.

EMOTIONS WHEN SUPPRESSED CAUSES STRESS:

Stress in children affects their mental ability.Their work, thoughts,will power,language, socialization affects in negative process.

COMMON CAUSES OF STRESS IN CHILDREN:

1.Lack of balanced nutritional diet.
2.Lack of pleasant sleep.
3.Lack of good behavior in parents.
4.Lack of games and entertainment.
5.Lack of socialization
6.Lack of encouragement and appreciation.
7.Continuous instructions and rules to follow.
8.Strict warnings and punishments in the name of discipline.
9.Disturbing atmosphere at home.
10.Separation of parents.
