LOVING YOURSELF RELIEVES STRESS

You are wonderful person made by GOD. It is the fact that most of the people forget and neglect themselves to be happy. Many situations came around to make me weak both mentally and physically. It is the courage of self-respect that I strived to achieve all my targeted goals successfully with encouragement of my family. I understood that anyone could achieve his or her target with positive attitude. I worked in esteemed educational institutions a deep grief surrounded me towards innocent pupils and their parents who are struggling to survive in this competitive world. 




Stress is present in every individual irrespective of his or her age in these days. Education, career building, technology, researches, family and social responsibilities are driving every one towards unmanageable stress, which is promoting psychological problems along with many stress-causing diseases. Time-management has become critical and self –expression a crime. I want to help people to understand stress-causing factors and to apply the knowledge of their self-respect to get relieved from stress by just following the tips. I believe that wise and prudent men-intelligent conservatives-have long known that in a changing world worthy institutions can be conserved only by adjusting them to the changing time.
