JEALOUS : A strong feeling that makes one unhappy and angry
 because he doesn't have something that someone else has.
 It arises from lack of confidence not in others,but in oneself.


Assuage negative emotions :
It is a known fact that no one is expert if not learned by the 
situations around.Everyone will not be the same in regard
 to several concepts,aspects and projects found.Jealousy 
is a common nature that is found in every individual irrespective
of age,which can be hidden in their thoughts but can never erase.
Therefore,try to reduce your negative thoughts and accept certain
facts that develops courage to live with positive thoughts and 
counselling.Emerson says,"Nothing astonishes men so much as
commonsense and plain dealing."


Encourage your abilities :
Our faults irritate us most when we see them in others.Jealousy
when exceeds its nature,one can turn fierce in their behavior.
Where a friend can change to fiend.Illusions create panic which
reflects on impolite manners.Jealousy helps to identify talents 
and abilities of others as well enlightens one to learn and follow
their successful lifestyle.No pillow is as soft as a clear conscience.
Therefore,encourage your own abilities to avoid stress and strive
 hard to enrich your capabilities,interests to achieve your set goals
 victoriously.



Antidote to Jealousy - Acceptance;Appreciation;Socialization :
Jealous nature neither can accept genuine talent,appreciate innate
abilities and skills nor can freely associate with people to develop
socialization.Constant recall on factors involved to feel jealous do
reflect on facial expressions.It does reflect badly on physical and 
mental status as well. Self-expression boost up healthy provision
 to learn constructive concepts.Above mentioned three concepts
[Acceptance ; Appreciation ; Socialization ]serves as best antidote
of nature to relieve one from stress.They  would establish a free
