STRESS RELIEF WITH LIVELY STATEMENTS

True expression is from the heart. It has feelings to convey, which is respected only with mutual understanding. People developed different languages and each word has a meaning. Meanings signify its purpose and strength.Our opinions, attitudes, and expressions are framed in them. Good rapport or communication is the source of a healthy bond between two hearts and lives.

A knife can hurt body less than, 'sword of the tongue'  [the most powerful weapon] when delivers negative words or sentences or statements, can pierce brain cells into pieces and can burn heart to ashes. It is always advisable to avoid such negative statements, that can cause immense stress, proving the mouth of the fool gushes folly.


5 - Statements that cause immense stress: Always avoid them.


1.You are useless or unworthy.
 This statement disheartens a person.

2.You can never make it.
 This statement discourages a person.

3.You better die.
This statement disables a person.

4. I hate you.
This statement disappoints a person.

5.You just go away from my life.
 This statement diminishes a person.





5 - Sentences that energizes and empowers beauty in life :

1. I believe in you.
This statement enables hope in a person's Life.

2.You can definitely make it.
This enables confidence in a person.

3.Your life is very precious.
This enables importance of a person.

4.I will always love you.
 This enables sincerity in love of a person.

5.Stay with me always or you will be with me always though far away.
This enables assurance to live together.





Beautiful and pleasant communications always please everyone.

The way you speak with your family, friends and your social group, signifies your dignity and decency.


Healthy communications develop good interaction, that promotes one's career and life successfully proving the tongue of the wise commends knowledge.
