1.Your troubles are least than others :


When situations make one to fall apart assuming, that they are living in the most critical condition.....one needs to think still....and focus on those people who are struggling to be alive despite crucial problems. It is evident fact, that no longer can one hold happiness at the same time, no one can avoid bad situations, that tremble one down. Life is a combination of many trails, errors, occasions, submissions, loss, grief, and happiness, that do peep in when hard work and understanding walk hand in hand.





2. Read or listen to inspirational lives :

It is never a cause to fetch for emotional needs to be satisfied by means of expectations.Ambitious thoughts make the desirous mind, to think over what one do not have rather live grateful for what one is blessed with.The most recorded suicidal record reveals, that humans suffer to meet emotional needs related to love and affection than primary needs. Ego-centric nature often depresses one to become rude and often misbehave with people around and avoid socialism, which in turn is the most stress factor. Therefore, inspiration from successful people who lived or living around us relieve one from stress and stress causing negative emotions.





3.Engage yourself in interesting work :

Every human has his own interests and abilities. Mind though gets engaged in constant work, it relaxes from stress as one enjoys working according to their interest. Physical and mental status of a person gets relaxed while working, which would help one to construct and develop their set goals in life. Success through hard work always please one's mind and satisfy one's soul. As..' an idle mind is devils workshop', working ability...and interest reduces mental disturbance and efficient work schedule gives pleasant sleep, which in turn makes our mind and body to refresh for yet another great day. Daily exercise for one hour is a must to relieve stress.





4. Avoid situations that hurt or disturb you :

The most unpleasant fact, that many ignore to accept is that one will always crave for somebody who neglects them all the time when compared to someone who is near and around them always.This situation can be expressed as a foolish thought to accept the fact one should not live in.Therefore, always avail time for friends or family, that loves and cares for you unconditionally instead of developing depression thinking continuously on unnecessary issues. It is always advisable to avoid situations, that hurt you or people that disturb you or not bother you. 




5.Always respect a trust, worthy friend :

The beauty of flesh and features will ever be praised alive in this world.The beauty of the heart and its spirit of love shared and affection has given will ever be memorized even if a person is not alive.To reveal self-expression to trustworthy person relieves stress. One might not be much pleased with beautiful features when compared to affectionate words that express their genuine nature.Therefore, always respect a trust, worthy friend.

When you start feeling anxious, direct yourself to happy thoughts. Create a positive image in your mind to boost positivity and avoid bad feelings. Always believe that you can succeed. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt by believing that you will succeed in accomplishing your goals.
