STRESSLESS DECISIONS  🌿

When you constantly think about doing only good things for others, your gut instinct doesn't react in guilt. It keeps your heart healthy without stress.

When you mind your own business without complaining and grumbling, it keeps your blood pressure normal without stress. 

Good diet is not only nutritious food but stress relieving thoughts - like forgiveness, appreciation, acceptance, happiness, encouragement and above all serene words helps one another to live a stressless life.

It relieves stress and relaxes one's stressful nature.

The way we think and respond to the people and the environment around us, signifies the process of one's nature.

It's not difficult to excercise calming, forgiving thoughts for building a peaceful  life. 🌴 🌴

It's always healthy to spend valuable time with people, whom you and your family can trust. 

Health is not only nutritious food, good advices and proper medication for the well-being of a person, but a person's commitment to live and prosper in a peaceful environment, where stress cannot be a visitor is a healthy mindset.

A nature of Carelessness, negligence and sarcacism, often causes immense stress.

Therefore, think twice before you speak.

Speak only when your words are progressive, than your silence.

If you can help, do it unconditionally.

Generosity is neither to hurt anyone not to belittle someone.

Stressless living is a voice of gratitude.




In this world, there are two different metalities.

Choice and interest matters:

1. Somewhere in the world, someone sacrifices their life for their country.

2.  Someone strives to produce crops for others livelihood.

3. Someone earns money to educate their children and to build their family.


On the other hand,

1. Someone dies for an illegal affair.

2. Someone scrolls down the reels continuously to watch others lives.

3. Someone spends money lavishly towards the mind's entertainment.

Therefore, we are not what we say, but we are what we do.

When one's intentions are pure, then no regrets will follow.

When, we are grateful for little things in life, Stressless life adds value.

STRESS RELIEF WITH SAVERS OF THE ECOSYSTEM

 It has been estimated there are 7.77 million animal species on the Earth. 🌎

Note: Animal kingdom and natural resources, which are not created by mankind.

Mankind is among the GOD'S wonderful creations, who can organize consistent and constructive minds to use civic sense and commonsense. Right??

Other than mankind, other living species live for a small period of time, share their song, story and live along for a while, and
then, they say goodbye. 
Science: Ecological balance, the equilibrium between living organisms and their environment, is vital for the stability and sustainability of ecosystems. Maintaining this balance is crucial for ensuring a healthy planet by supporting biodiversity.

Think:
It takes a lifetime and more than a 100 years, 24/7 to watch, study and to learn about the life generating species, which are not created by mankind.

In this big world 🌍 who is responsible for destroying the ecosystem?

The Sun, all the stars and the planets,
The milky way, and the galaxy that we love to gaze at !
Meaningful life, a resourceful thought, it's a proven fact that a overnight pleasant sleep will rejuvenate each cell. Is it not because of the teamwork of the body in which we breathe?

Aren't we responsible?

To whom does this EARTH belong?

All the living species - Aren't they beautifully designed and created for you and me? 

Have we not read about the food chain in our science class during our childhood days?


Don't we need a kind-heart ?
Can't we build intellectually to build human brains to safeguard
 the environment.
