3 STRESS RELIEVING TIPS TO AVOID FEAR

FEAR - 'A strong unpleasant feeling that you get when 
you think that something bad,dangerous or frightening
might happened.'
1.Develop awareness behind your fear factor :
   Fear is a common negative emotion that can enslave anyone
   to loose self-confidence. Ability to assess ones capability
   is based on  their own awareness.Drive away ignorance
   and gain knowledge to understand the reasons behind your
   fear.

2.Avoid to recall or face unfavorable situations :
    Just take time to write about the things and situations that
    entangled you with fear.Trace out inconvenient consequences
    that affect  your physical and mental health.{Lack of preparation
    for examinations,pending work,continuous scolding,
    manhandling,horror movies,accidents and death.}
    Avoid constant recalling of all those unfavorable situations and 
    divert yourself on concepts that can make you happy.

3.Empower your wisdom to live with positive attitude :
   Emulate yourself to be unique.Empower your wisdom to live 
   successfully avoiding stress, despite of many complications.
   Socialization,music,interests and hobbies would relax you
   from fear to live stress less life.
