GENERATION Z - You are unique, intelligent, and responsible.
............................................................................

Remember,
If you hate a righteous person for his lawful deeds, then you are directly encouraging a criminal environment for Gen Z

What does it mean you become what you give your attention to?

2000 years ago Epictetus, a Greek philosopher said, “You become what you give your attention to... If you yourself don't choose what thoughts and images you expose yourself to, someone else will, and their motives may not be the highest.”

Why Is Generation Z So Depressed?

Gen Z faces chronic stress from many factors including violence in the society, student debt, joblessness. Technology plays a role, too.

Growing up in a hyper-connected world can evoke intense feelings of isolation and loneliness in some youth.

......................................

Which generation has the most mental illness?

Researchers say there's evidence Gen Z's mental health struggles are different. Compared with older generations today, the Gallup-WFF study said members of Gen Z are much more likely to report experiencing negative emotions such as stress, anxiety and loneliness.

............................................

Why Gen Z has mental problems?

Anxiety and depression: Gen Z experiences high rates of anxiety and depression due to academic pressures, social media comparisons, economic uncertainty, and other stressors. Encourage open conversations: Create a safe and non-judgmental space for Gen Z individuals to express their feelings and concerns.

Generation Z and The Human Connection Paradox.

Although completely immersed in technology, early studies show that Gen Z prefers more, not less, human interaction in the workplace.

43% of Gen Z’ers prefer in-person communication with leadership and team members. (Less than half of millennials need the same amount).

Two-thirds say they need feedback from their supervisor at least every few weeks in order to stay at their job.

One in five prefer feedback daily or several times each day which allows them to consistently deliver the most value.

How does Gen Z manage stress?

Self-care rituals: eating healthy food, getting regular exercise, getting enough sleep, having some downtime, avoiding toxic substances—these are all essential in enabling you to cope with life's stresses.
