STRESS RELIEF BY AVOIDING OVER THINKING


THE FEAR OF LOSING SOMEONE,
YOU LOVE THE MOST
Often creates in your mind,
these negative emotions.

They are :
Anxiety, Anger....,
Irritation, Isolation....,
Fear, Frustration.....,
and Above all LONELINESS.

Sometimes,
Lack of Appetite / Overeating
All these symptoms are caused due to Overthinking and over expectations.

REMEMBER.....,
🌿 We all NEED - Attention, Appreciation, and Affection.
But
🍃 These emotions cannot be acquired by demand or force.

Positive emotions must be received from one another unconditionally.

MORE THE EXPECTATIONS.......,
MORE THE DISAPPOINTMENTS.

Q. Who is responsible for YOUR - PAIN?

Answer: YOURSELF.

💗 LOVE is the Great form of Energy that liberates from the Heart of a genuine person with responsibility.

💗 RESPECT other's priorities as you embrace your life.

We choose our thoughts.

The way we think matters the most.

Either we build constructive solutions.
Or
Create complex problems.

Therefore,
Don't compare yourself to anyone, you are uniquely designed by GOD.
Everyone is different in their own abilities.

Don't contradict others, we are different in opinions.

Don't complain about someone, advice is acceptable but enforcement is hazardous.
