If the awards for empathy were rewarded by
the employees!
How graceful it could be!
If promotions were achieved by the opinions of the encouraging team.
How grateful one would be when planned in a respective time to accomplish every dream!
If being unkind is the only way to get the work done, then the role of education has no impact on such a platform.
Therefore,
Don't try to become something that, you are not.
Don't force yourself to smile, where you are disrespected.
Don't strive to grab a merit, where you learned nothing.
Don't complain about the people, that you didn't teach.
Don't run away from your working company, as you are fed and honoured by the esteem.
Know that one's education is emphasized by their empathy.
Life is not about winning the credits.
It's all about your vision to keep learning from the aspirants and forgiving those who discouraged you, when you were winning.
It's your willingness to take on the challenges of life.
It's your willpower to make use of every opportunity in your sight.
No matter what,
Stand for your rights.
Stay calm when you are blamed.
But write it down—what you have to say.
Honesty shines as your signature,
Confidence grows as you pray.
Words are created to build.
It's the only essence in life.
Stay wise and wear an honest smile.
No matter where you reside,
